  1. Hi there, So in addition to the Beam/Invuln I posted a few hours ago, I blew a thick layer of dust off my Rad^2 this week as well. She's 42 and so far, feels a little squishy. She has next to none of the Sets listed here, so I'm sure she'll toughen up as I go, but again, I wanted some feedback on where I'm looking to take her.   2. Someone on a PUG Moonfire a few weeks ago was raving about how wonderful Martial Combat was as a blaster secondary. Curiosity piqued; challenge accepted. Character is currently at level 45. I rolled a radiation blast/martial combat blaster mostly because I had used neither power set before. That was the extent of the careful plan I made. Martial combat is ... weird.   3. I'll openly admit I made this blaster on a total whim because a friend mentioned fire/dark as her build and I thought about what other blast set besides fire had a poop-ton of aoe's to abuse. Didn't take long to remember that Irradiate is thing and I've played Rad before (rad/kin corr specifically) and I know I can be pretty aggressive with it.   4. Pretty much what it says in the title. I think Radiation Blast could well use an overhaul to bring it in line with Radiation Melee, Radiation Armor, Atomic Manipulation and Radiation Assault. The absence of Toxic Damage from Radiation Blast was always something that confused me, even from the start. Radiation is, after all, highly poisonous. I can understand why the original development team stayed away from it, since sources of Toxic Damage was intended to be 'rare' in the original production of the game, and was not intended to be used reliably.   5. I've been playing a Rad/Rad Defender for a few months and I've been loving it! I want to maximize the build but putting together builds is something I've never been very good at. I've put together a "Hypothetical Build" but I'm not sure how to cap my defenses and have plenty of recharge and on top of that manage my endurance, any help or advice would be much appreciated!   6. Here is my build for a Rad/Elec Blaster. Defense S/L = 47.1% F/C/E = 39+% NE = 28% Resistance S/L 34.5% Regen = 238% EndRec = 2.99/s EndUse = 1.35/s EndUse/Rec is not where I usually have it (with a 2% gap) but with Force of Thunder (18s) and Power Sink (37s) recharges shouldn't be an issue.   7. Hi everyone! I'm looking for some tips and tricks related to building blasters who can survive in melee range and make good use of AoE and Melee attacks. I enjoy playing power set combinations that I don't see around the city too often and I like the visuals of these two sets. My priorities are: Have fun 🙂 which on a blaster can include glorious death!   8. Since I have so much time on my hands, I've been theorycrafting some builds I really don't need or have time to play (already have over 30 alts, fully IO'd out and incarnated). Anyway, I do not have a Radiation Blast blaster, and I don't have a /Temporal one on the Homecoming shards, so I thought: here's a combo I don't have yet! I usually shoot for capped S/L/E defense on my blasters (thus, Scorpion Shield) I usually go the hover/fly/afterburner travel route.   9. What is hell is a cofender? Controller/Offender She's only level 44, but it's starting to gel into a good build. Strong fast recharging def and resist debuffs. I can easily get -85% resists before procs with Envenom and VG. 1 stun, 2 proc'ed out holds , proc'ed poison trap, and neurotoxic breath for CC and damage Range def only 41%, but weaken provides -28% to hit and venomous gas another -18%. Suggestions?
