  2. I've been looking all over for a RAD/RAD Tank build. I couldn't find one, so here's what I've come up with. The goal is to cap Resistance and Defense. I don't have sets yet, but so far, RAD/RAD is good, but I will fall over. But, my defenses aren't great with just IOs. Also, with all of my toggles running (10 total, not counting sprint), Endurance is a real struggle. I'm looking for suggestions for improvements. Thanks in advance!     Rad/FA Build

    I've played SS/FA & Spines/FA, but wow the Rad/FA has been so much fun! I'd love to hear some feedback from players who know the set better and see what changes you could suggest for me. I know there's plenty of room for some tweaking to get my fire defense up a bit more, but im really sure where I want to pull away from to do so. Thanks in advance! Rad/FA Build- Amazing Atom
  4. Just for general purpose tanking. I've heard about each of these sets being great, but haven't seen much in the way of commentary about the two of them combined, at least for Tankers.
  5. Rolled this character today and got her to level 27 on the strength of a couple DfBs, both Positrons, and a Synapse. I do not think I have ever made a character with the severe to the point of unplayable endurance issues that this one has. Titan Weapons was not this bad. Three defensive toggles and two offensive, and I have no idea how this character will ever be able to run Tough and Weave on top of that. The character did fine on Synapse, but all she had to do was attack two or three times and the toggles were in danger of all dropping. The offensive toggles meant that all she had to do was stand there and mobs eventually died. But that really isn't interesting as a play style, or really what I imagined a brute would do. My ability to absorb Clockwork alphas was rather satisfactory as I figured it would be, but after that there wasn't much I was able to do. Slotted the Miracle proc at 17, just slotted the Numina proc, and the Performance Shifter, and if I keep on playing this one will need the Panacea as well. Do I just have to wait for Power Sink to make it all better? And assuming I get that far: Power Surge - is it the skippable suicide button that it seems to be? I ordinarily would give a hard nope to that drastic crash, but I seem to remember some people claiming that it was the linchpin of the set in the old game. I may be misremembering.
  6. I would like to find a Radiation Melee/Fire Aura Brute leveling build. I’ve found several that are maxed out including IOs. The problem with them is they aren’t designed for getting to level 50. A prime example is they are missing Consume (FA) which really helps at lower levels with endurance recovery. Thank you.

    Ice/Rad Questions

    Looking at building an Ice/Radiation Melee tanker - seems like it has some good synergy such as icicles + irradiated ground + atom smasher. Would love to be an aggro holding machine. Anyone played this build to a high level / have any thoughts on whether these two powersets would pair well?
