What: Rough Riders Where: Excelsior (first meeting on the Nova Praetoria star) When: Sundays at 8pm Eastern/5pm Pacific US (first meeting on 26 June) Who: The Justice Superteamers (the folks behind the Justice TA, Traps, Radiation, Blades, Earth, Gun, Darkness, Time, Water, Indomitable Sonic, and Excelsior Nature, Knockback, Electric, Thermal/Cold, Dark, TA, Guns, Poison, Stone, and Time Superteams) Why: FUN, fortune, and glory! The Justice Superteamers run many projects to leverage the power of stacked (de)buffs and explore common themes to accomplish things that a random group could not. Come join us on Excelsior for our Teddy Roosevelt inspired Rough Riders Superteam where we'll walk softly and carry big sticks (or pistols) to subdue our foes. Long time vets and new players are all invited as we focus on fun with other friendly players. Power/Build Requirements: Must have either the Titan Weapons, Staff Fighting, Dual Pistols, or Thugs power set Required Powers and slotting: Maneuvers with 2 slots worth of Defense enhancements by level 20. The following are suggested, but if you can't fit them all in, not required: Assault Tactics Other team-focused powers are great too: Vengeance, Victory Rush, Weaken Resolve, Spirit Ward, and Teleport Target are always useful. You're welcome to make use of your other build if you'd like to maintain a solo, PVP, or non project compliant build. Miscellaneous Details: Our first meeting will take place Sunday, June 26, 2022 at 8pm EDT/5pm PDT on the Nova Praetoria star on Excelsior. Feel free to show up fresh from the tutorial (or even skip it). We'll be coordinating the group through use of a global channel named "Justice Superteamers". Everyone participating on this team must join the channel. (/chan_join "Justice Superteamers"). We also have a Discord channel for out of game and voice communication. We'll start in Praetoria and run arcs and events there, but will eventually make ourselves vigilantes/rogues so we can enjoy what Paragon and the Rogue Isles have to offer. We'll be focusing on PVE content (TFs, Contact Arcs, Tips, iTrials, the occasional newspaper/scanner, etc). There is no limit on the number of people that can join us. This isn't going to be a fixed group of 8; the more, the merrier. Feel free to show up late, roll a 2nd alt, etc. Super-Sidekick makes teaming incredibly easy. If you already have a character that fits the theme of this team, or won't be able to join us at the start of this team, don't worry; we'll accept you at any level, any time. Just note that if you're significantly beyond the rest of the team in terms of level, you should expect to exemplar down to the rest of the team most of the time.   2. I have tried finding a staff/regen scrapper build online but haven't come across anything. So this is my attempt at building one, i'm sure it could be improved. I have never played /regen before and its safe to say I have no idea what i'm doing and could use some huge help!   3. A friend and I want to do a "Dynamic Duo" partnership and level up together as a two-person team. He is playing a Will Power / Staff Fighting Tanker. What would be the most complimentary and effective archetype and power set to play along side him? I was thinking an empathy defender, or would some kind of controller be better?
  4. Just got to 50 tonight. Had a blast leveling but was wondering what other people have built it up. Any Advice on enhancements and Incarnate slotting for this beast.
  5. Electric Daisy is only L25 now, but I might as well get a head start on what a final build might look like. Never played with either of these sets on live so I'm kinda winging it. No incarnate stuff at this point. Powers/slots up to 25 are as-built, the rest is all theory-crafting. I'm only running on generic IOs, with a LotG in Guarded Spin and trying out Force Feedback +Rech in Eye of the Storm (which doesn't make the final build unless I move things around). I'd prefer not to respec for slot placements on the way up to 50 unless I've really broken something. Resists seem solid aside from toxic (S/L/E 90+, F/C 83.5, Psi 70.3, Neg 58.1, Tox 19.8 :(). Defenses aren't amazing, most being in the high teens to low 20s, tho it does slightly over-cap Melee and Lethal with Guarded Spin active. Recharge is meh. I'd like to squeeze more in there but I'm not sure how or where, nor what the tradeoffs would be. Are there any glaring errors? Is there a way to get FF+rech back in (if I even need it)?
