I have what looks to be a really good build for any content with the ability to cc groups of mobs while solo. eagle eye has one slot i can move around anywhere as the last one in upshot is a 50 would just swap those around. what or where that slot be the most useful in the build? also is disintegrate able to use procs well? Hey, I won't claim this is exactly splitting the atom here, but I made an Archery/ Tac Arrow Blaster that's shaping up to be quite good so far. He's at 26, no really any Sets built out at all yet (just Common IOs at this point). He'll be softcapped to Ranged and E/N when all is said and done, and got there without "distorting" the build (taking powers I didn't want, or slotting powers more than I wanted so that they got the needed set bonuses). I have a dark blast/tactical arrow concept blaster. I had a costume idea first, then powers second. This is my first blaster using tactical arrow. My problem is that I have an embarrassment of riches in control. I can stack 6 mags of immobilizes or 9 mags of holds Two mag 3 immobilizes. Three mag 3 holds, two of them aoe. Slow patch What are your thoughts on what powers are useful? I have no choice on the immobilizes. But the holds are up for debate. Abyssal Gaze has a 3 sec cast time
