esmdev Posted May 8, 2019 Share Posted May 8, 2019 If you cannot get a contact in Praetoria that gives a mission you need to complete the Power's arc of stories, is there a way to get those later, or are you SOL? I accidentally out leveled Reese in Nova Praetoria and am uncertain if these arcs can be done in flashback missions, or if there is another way to get the associated badge? There was no flashback system for Praetoria, only for Paragon City and the Rogue Isles. Verbogeny is one of many pleasurettes afforded a creatific thinkerizer. drakhan2002 Posted May 10, 2019 Share Posted May 10, 2019 I have been doing them all through Ourboros...however, I keep bumping into some bugs with these arcs not being able to be completed due to NPCs not spawning (e.g., Warrant arc, Chapter 5, "Save Syfotine Industries"...Point Blank NPC does not spawn) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
