Unable to login on Toon that took the train to Talos Island

I would avoid Talos at all costs everyone.  The map load screen will load 30% of the way and then the game would crash.  This happened on the HC Beta, HC Beta (64 bit) and the HC Beta (Safe Mode) Server.
