BiteyFerret
Manufacturer: AMD Model: RX 580 8GB OS: Windows 10 Home Does the game load: yes Driver Version: Radeon Software Version 19.7.1 Monitor Resolution: 2560x1440 Multi-monitor: no Graphics Preset Used: Custom with most settings bumped to max, except with SSAO disabled, environmental reflections dropped a few notches and shadows on medium Overall Experience: okay, but the game does not scale. Bumping environmental detail past 100% will instantly tank performance, full reflections and SSAO will likewise eat a chunk of frames each, while other settings seem to make basically no difference. In order to get 144Hz I need to disable reflections entirely and turn off shaders. Also, Pocket D has areas where it can drop into almost single digits if you've not scales your settings way back. Between the heavy impact of environmental draw distance and reflections/shaders I'm guessing the game has no shader LOD, so that window on the other side of town is eating just as many resources as the one beside you. ZorkNemesis
In case this is still relevant. Needed info: Manufacturer: NVidia Model: GeForce GTX 980 Operating System and version: Windows 7 64-Bit Does the game load (and error you get if not): Loads fine Optional info you like: Driver Version: Whatever the latest NVidia driver was back in January. Monitor Resolution: 1920x1200, Refresh rate of 60 Multi-monitor?: Yes, game runs on primary monitor while secondary monitor usually keeps a browser open. Second monitor is 1920x1080 resolution, things don't like that sometimes. Graphics Preset Used: Defaulted to Ultra, made a few tweaks for performance (such as turning down water effects). Cel shader works but disabled since I don't like it as much as I had hoped. Overall experience (any stuttering, glitching, etc or smooth sailing): Occasional hiccups, frequently when loading UI aspects such as opening the map or (rarely) readying up a power. Very rarely causes the game to crash. I've seen this behavior in other programs so I assume it's a me thing and not the game. Have not attempted any fixes, it's infrequent enough that it doesn't hinder my enjoyment. Currently playing on Indomitable as @Zork Nemesis; was a Protector native on live. In the rare instance that I get a framerate drop after extended play, a reboot fixes the problem. Not really sure how it works. Goes from just fine (like, smooth as could be, only really seen slowdown on Mothership raid) to chunking hard. colombdawg
These are the specs of my computer with graphics. My graphics card and specs should be able to handle Ultra Graphics on CoH, but they are unavailable to me for some reason. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the client, but I don't know if it's a mojave issue or a client issue. Any ideas on how i can get ultra graphics to work? I'm running literally Issue 1 graphics right now and the ultra ones look soooo much better.

Playing windowed 99%. Haven't tweaked any options. In Rikti fights there is a bit of stutter in refresh, can end up chasing shadows or unable to click targets until after destroyed --but that may simply be other faster systems killing before I get going on the animation.
