Needed info:

Manufacturer: HP

Model: Intel HD Graphics

Operating System and version: Win 10 version 1903 (OS Build 18362.356)

Does the game load (and error you get if not): Loads fine

Optional info you like:

Driver Version: 10.18.10.5069

Monitor Resolution: 1366x768 (I usually play in a window, roughly 1024x720)

Multi-monitor?: No

Graphics Preset Used: Custom (but very low, it is a potato laptop)

Overall experience (any stuttering, glitching, etc or smooth sailing): Stutters when in large groups or alot of effects (Atlas park near city hall for example) Other than that it works pretty well, with the minor exception of switching between fullscreen and a window, if the Fullscreen res is not desktop when going to window the screen just turns black, and when it's reset (without closing game) the window only shows black. Restarting the game fixes it with no issue.

The only thing I've really done to increase performance that didn't make sense is using the 32 bit client. Usually the 64 bit client works best with other applications.

Manufacturer: Gigabyte

Model: Radeon RX Vega 56 Gaming OC 8GB

Operating System and version: Windows 10 64bit version 1903

Does the game load (and error you get if not): Yes, game loads fine.

Driver Version: Radeon Adrenalin 19.9.2

Monitor Resolution: 1920 x 1080

Multi-monitor?: No

Graphics Preset Used: Ultra, Everything Set to Max

Overall experience (any stuttering, glitching, etc or smooth sailing): Everything runs fine, as far as I can tell.  I have very occasional stuttering if I swing the view around quickly.  The FPS could be a bit better, I run an FPS cap because of my system's bottleneck, it's 60Hz panel.  But, with it off I'm reaching 100 FPS when looking directly at the ground or similar location; Around 60 FPS in an instanced indoor map; 25-40 FPS in open world maps.  This is of coarse nitpicking, as the game is old and not optimized for modern hardware.  Also, I'm not used to playing MMO's and so don't know if this behaviour is typical or not.

One bit of actual concern, however, is my system's thermals.  The CPU package temperature was getting scary hot in my mid-tower case, with air from the exhaust fans noticeably hot. I had closed loop cooling on the CPU and GPU with radiator fans pointing into the case.  Since they're liquid cooled and don't get very warm, I can't tell if it was the CPU, GPU or another culprit.

Any steps taken to resolve issues you encountered (both those that worked and those that didn't): Don't get me wrong, though, I love this game and all the hard work you guys put into it.  So much so that I've since bought a full ATX case and decided to exhaust my GPU radiator fans.  Which, seems to have solved that issue for me.

Needed info:

Manufacturer: EVGA

Model: RTX 2070 Black

Operating System and version: Windows 10 Build: 1903

Does the game load (and error you get if not): Yes.

Optional info you like:

Driver Version: 431.60

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Multi-monitor?: Yes

Graphics Preset Used: Pretty much Ultra with a few customs.

Overall experience (any stuttering, glitching, etc or smooth sailing): For the most part smooth sailing. 64-bit client definitely made a world of difference. Previous to the 64-bit client FPS sat significantly lower and population lag was very evident. Others power and buffs still drop the FPS slightly but it's nowhere near as bad as it was pre-64-bit.

Any steps taken to resolve issues you encountered (both those that worked and those that didn't): None

Does the game load (and error you get if not): Game loads fine

Multi-monitor?: Yes, using 3 monitors.

Graphics Preset Used: Default Ultra setting.

Overall experience: No stuttering or glitching usually. I do have a repeating problem of the game randomly crashing and closing to desktop when changing zone maps in the loading screen though. Very annoying, and I've yet to figure out what is causing it. Disabling V-Sync in the options menu does not seem to fix this issue.

I just bought a new comp Nvidia GTX 1660 ti 6gb. Comp has 256 ssd on top of 1 Tera hd. Game is beautiful with settings near maxed out.  Loading screens.  Not good. Possibly worse than old comp which was a low end Best Buy gaming box.  The water quality is so pretty I literally stop sometimes and just stare.  But the load screens.  Hmm. I stop and just stare there too come to think of it. And stare.  And stare
