Any steps taken to resolve issues you encountered (both those that worked and those that didn't): To get things to work smoothly I first tried reducing the Graphic Quality, but found anything less then Recommended caused (after a minute or two) an error - Something about the cursor size been less then 32x32. I found the solution was to turn on Advance Graphic Settings instead but then turn off all Ultra Mode Options.

I'm having a major issue I need help with. After downloading Tequila and all files, when I hit play the 'Loading' bar appears but a few seconds later a grey window opens saying I need an installed 'OpenGL driver' to be able to play. No clue what that is, I'm really bad with tech.

Overall experience (any stuttering, glitching, etc or smooth sailing): Smooth sailing outside of rubberbanding during heavy server load (and a period of disconnects immediately before an emergency restart of indomitable). Nothing unexpected for any MMO.

Any steps taken to resolve issues you encountered (both those that worked and those that didn't): On the HTPC, it's hooked to a TV and I needed to disable display scaling on high DPI settings on Tequila.exe to get fullscreen working.

On both systems, Tequila failed to download the game files repeatedly... until I made a copy of my 2012 installation of CoH and placed it inside that... after which it verified and downloaded pretty quickly (I'm one of those people who keeps everything, and just buys more hard drives. YMMV).

I play at my native resolution of 1920x1080. With the settings cranked to maximum/ultra, I easily get 60fps indoors or in door missions, but out in the big public areas like around Miss Liberty the framerate gets inconsistent. I turned down or off a few settings (I'm not a fan of the DOF stuff or heavy FSAA) and I got 60fps on average everywhere. I do leave vsync on.
