Shazzie
Needed info Manufacturer: NVIDIA Model: GeForce GTX 960 Operating System and version: Win 7 Home Premium Does the game load (and error you get if not): Loads fine! Optional info you like Driver Version: 23.21.13.9135 Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 Multi-monitor?: No Graphics Preset Used: Custom, mainly Ultra Overall experience (any stuttering, glitching, etc or smooth sailing): Smooth sailing so far! Any steps taken to resolve issues you encountered (both those that worked and those that didn't): Only 'issue' I've had is a couple of times it's thrown me errors at the login screen- I once received an 'Account Already Logged In!' even though I hadn't been on for over 12 hours, but after re-entering my password, it let me right in. I received another similar 'Err what?' kind of error at login, but also got in immediately on 2nd attempt. No other issues encountered.
dduttonnc
Needed info: Manufacturer: Nvidia Model: GTX 1080 TI Operating System and version: Windows 10 x64 Professional 64bit Does the game load (and error you get if not): Yes Optional info you like: Driver Version: Nvidia 430.86 Monitor Resolution:2560x1600 Multi-monitor?: No Graphics Preset Used: Ultra Overall experience (any stuttering, glitching, etc or smooth sailing): A lot of stuttering and issues holding 60fps. The game is very CPU bound which lags the GPU. Too many graphics and PhysX are using the CPU vs GPU. If more things were offloaded to the GPU hardware, the game would perform much better. If the game could use 4 cpu cores, that would also solve the issue Any steps taken to resolve issues you encountered (both those that worked and those that didn't): Turning graphics down helps, but a player shouldn't have to do that. Modern GPUs can easily handle the game. The problem is that the game is using too much CPU

What helped most was /shader_optimization 3, which helped with the stuttering moderately. I would think this hardware can handle at least low shadows and AO, but the only way to keep a mostly steady 60 fps is playing on recommended. Aetnaean
Manufacturer: Nvidia Model: RTX 2070 Operating System and version: Windows 10 1809 Does the game load (and error you get if not): Yes Driver Version: 430.86 Monitor Resolution: 2560x1440 but I'd rather be using 3840x2160 (see below). Multi-monitor?: No Graphics Preset Used: Custom (ultra with a few tweaks) Overall experience (any stuttering, glitching, etc or smooth sailing): Good - only issue is with text scaling on certain menus where the text does not scale with the window scaling setting. This mainly shows up on the menu popup and the nav compass, where it makes it hard to read mission objectives (I have keratoconus so small text is very hard to read for me). I also wish there was a way to turn the 3D resolution scaling setting higher than the monitor resolution. I would like to make use of the extra graphics headroom by super sampling. Any steps taken to resolve issues you encountered (both those that worked and those that didn't): Tried adjusting scaling settings in game, adjusting high dpi scaling in windows 10, and disabling high dpi scaling for CoH. None fixed the tiny text. The only thing that helps is turning the resolution down below 1920x1080, but that makes the game look crummy on my display. Turning the resolution up to my display's native resolution just makes the text sized for ants.

Dallayna
Manufacturer: NVIDI Model: GeoForce 730 1 GB? Operating System and version: Windows 10 Home current version 6/22/19 Does the game load (and error you get if not): Yes Graphics preset used: tried them all Runs a leetle slow in ultramode (not surprising given it's sooo not the greatest of graphics cards to begin with and is kinda old to boot) but runs at computer's recommended 1920x1080 just fine. In fact, despite instructions in the installation guide, accidentally wound up running it in full screen for several days without any issues whatsoever. Did rubber band the other day but, the server was particularly crowded so actually seemed pretty normal to performance when game was live back in the day and the old fix (drop the graphics for awhile) seemed to work just fine as always. TL;DR- Working *exactly* as it did during live on Win 10 GTX730 - increasing graphics to maximum allowable on current hardware works and can be done but at cost of system speed with slight rubber-banding/repeating/(stuttering?) during heavy loads. Reducing graphics during peak times increases performance just fine and resolves issue as it did during live. Side note: Individual window scaling doesn't seem to work on "conversations" with mission giver and mission giver mission objective windows but don't remember if that was the way it was during live or not. Pretty sure that a lot of the rest of us are finding ourselves in the same boat as @Daemonic Shadow these days- so if it was that way during live, can we put in for that capability to be a future update? lol. Novacat
The potato I've been using Manufacturer: HP Model: Pavillion (AMD A12-9700P stuck with integrated Radeon R7) Operating System and version: Win10 Build 14393 Does the game load: Works fine Monitor Resolution: 1366x768 60hz Multi-monitor?: Don't I wish Graphics Preset Used: Primarily Ultra with some scaling back of anti-aliasing, max particle count and limited use of the experimental mode Overall experience (any stuttering, glitching, etc or smooth sailing): Smooth sailing and only moderate heating in solo or small teams, but system overheats to shutdown or (more often) hard-crashes with northbridge errors at such settings during large raids or Kallisti-Wharf stress tests. This is not unique to running CoH however. Any steps taken to resolve issues you encountered: Lowering settings for heavier instances.

Nightclaw
Manufacturer: AMD Model: Radeon Pro Vega 56 (iMac Pro integrated) Operating System and version: macOS Mojave v10.14.5 Does the game load (and error you get if not): Yes, but Wineskin wrapper hangs randomly during gameplay (unknown if video-related or other) Optional info you like: Driver Version: ROM v113-D0500D-114 Monitor Resolution: 5120x2880 Multi-monitor?: No Graphics Preset Used: Ultra Overall experience (any stuttering, glitching, etc or smooth sailing): Apart from random game client hangs/crashes, video is smooth sailing. Reducing a few settings like shadows improves performance and overall it runs much better than I thought it would on the Thinkpad. Stagamantis
GPU x 2 Manufacturer: EVGA Model: 1018 TI GTX OS Window 10 1803 Games Errors: Random once in a blue moon "COH Not Responding" unable to duplicate Driver version: 431.60 Resolution: 3440 x 1440 Multi-Monitor: Right: ROG 27 4k Center: Alienware Ultra Wide 4k Left: ROG 27 4k Graphic Preset: Ultra at 3440 x 1440 Overall Experience: Super Smooth, like most I see stuttering in heavily crowded areas (AE) Atlas around Liberty during heavy server load times. As an Alpha/Beta player and a die hard player till around patch 20ish, I have zero complaints with how the game runs, performs, loads, and plays compared to the golden years when Gaming Companies Produced quality "Long Term" games. However if your able to change the interface scale slider to where a user could increase or decrease the value by type in some numbers... ME LOVE YOU LONG TIME. User interface always ends up being to small or two big when trying to adjust it. Always had an issue getting the right size.
