I'd been wanting to make a stalker and try the savage melee power set so this seemed like a good build to try.  I've gone through MIDs several times before putting together this more expensive (for me anyway) build.  Goals were to def cap on all but psi (couldn't fill that gap) and S/L capped.

 

If someone more knowledgeable about stalkers could take a peek, I'd appreciate it!

Well, didn't get any feedback but got her up to 50 anyway and finished my build!  It ended up looking like the below and it feels good, defenses are good (except psi) and S/L are capped.  Very fun to play.

Some things to maybe consider:

Mu epic - ball lightning and then savage leap in as it is traveling towards them. It does a lot of aoe damage.

Zapp - helps fill out a single target chain of heavy hitters (AS, hemo, zapp).

 

Procs - savage leap does pretty lame damage up close, but procs really well. So I don't enhance the recharge of it at all and try to use it from max range. that makes it a tele-nuke. If I do use it up close the procs still fire frequently giving it ok damage.

Some thoughts, the build listed will have less exemp/low level performance than it could with minor changes.

Putting the resist proc in Overload like that means you wont get the resist bonus until level 44 when exemplared.  I like to put a Luck of the gambler there instead, and pick it a lot earlier.  

 

You should put any Heal procs in health instead of Physical Perfection, since that way they will work for you as soon as they are high enough level to function / use attuned or lowest level variants. 

 

You should have Performance Shifter chance for plus END in Stamina and Physical Perfection.   

 

Putting Sup. Assassin's mark in Savage Leap means you wont have it active when exemped below level 27. since its a purple set it would otherwise work at level 1.  Id suggest a lower level power you use, since sometimes it needs reminded you have it by activating the power.  (Or so its rumored)
