I say "seemed" because nothing came up on a getglobalname search but it is possible I typo'd (it was during a fight) or that the person has it as a character name and a global name. I didn't check it in the actual character creator. I almost took it for a poison spitting clown character since it worked on two levels but I found something I liked better. It could be a good pun name if used for a jokey or gross character. My guess is someone at some point named a character that and something in the appearance / bio made it obvious that it was because of more, um, adult reasons and someone petitioned so they banned it. Or the ban goes back to back in the day and it was just on the list already.
