Man I'd love to see videos of things like this. I need to try soloing TFs. Any tips or is it really a set to -1/0 notoriety and just go for it? If you do say a posi TF solo does it drop your level as well?

You should give soloing a TF a shot.  To answer your second question, yes, doing TFs, such as Posi's, does drop your level.  In that case it is best to have a build that exemps well.  The build I used for this TF works well at every stage of the game. 

 

As far as tips for a MoITF, I could offer several.  Use inspirations early and often.  Keep moving, especially in the 2nd stage.  Make sure you stay on top of using hasten, eclipse and mires when they are available.  One that is noteworthy is this...unless you are able to separate Rommy from his Nictus AV healing compadres during the final battle it is quite unlikely that you will be able to defeat him without using your lore pets and a lot of inspirations.  Even with this approach you will probably only be able to beat him once before your pets fade away and he begins to regen.  At this point, spend your time killing the traitors and replenishing your inspirations.  Here's something else...AI for all pets (especially dark extractions) has become really bad.  So, you will want to keep Rommy off balance by constantly repositioning yourself in such a way so that your pet does not get struck with his AOE attack(s).  Repositioning at just the right time is essential.  (I used Warworks...and without Victoria I would not have gained the victory.)

I'll put it like this...as the total number of enemies goes down my time spent in dwarf goes up.

Congratulations on that.  Here are some questions.

 

1. Were you able to separate Romulus from his nictus healers?  

 

Because, as you can see, when that transpired for me earlier yesterday I was able to complete the Task Force much more quickly (1:35:35).    

 

2. What is your Warshade's time?  

 

I recall you soloed it on live...but I do not think it was a MoITF.  

 

3. Do you think I could beat your time with my Peacebringer?

I did not separate them, I just killed him three times fast. This was on an earlier version of my build, you're making me want to try again. >:) 
(editing to add that this was a while ago, so my memory is a little fuzzy. I may have separated him the more I think about it.) 

I do not remember how fast I did it with my Warshade. Everything pre-snap is a blur. I don't believe it was a Mo when I did it either, pretty sure I croaked at least once.

Oh, I have not yet done it on my PB....because...had I done so...I would have labeled this thread, "Solo MoITF with Peacebringer." (snark)

 

I will get around to it eventually, but, lately I have been having more fun using my Warshade.

I see you four slotted Vengeance, why is this if you are doing solo?  I am just curious if there is somewhere else to put those defense enhancement to raise the defense.

I have slotted Vengeance in this way in order to reach the softcap (45% def) on certain types/positions whenever I use it.  I often team with others and I rarely die before they do. 

 

This is the only build that I use.  I have no other. 

 

However, I am sure that one could find better ways of utilizing those slots and especially if he or she were only planning on soloing.

So I decided to try this because of you guys. Did it on my PB, who has t3 incarnates except for hybrid which is t1, and no lore pets as yet. You're going to just have to trust me on the no temp powers thing, as I didn't set any rules when I started it. I also realize I should have just grabbed a screenshot of the entire screen... but you can clearly see light form recharging there as proof it's my pb 😉 I have not solod a tf before, and have to admit it wasn't all that fun lol. Would much rather do it with a team and not take so long.

Congratulations Micro.  Once you get those incarnate powers to a higher level I am sure that you could cut down this record time quite a bit.

Thanks 🙂 I'm not Abe enough to try this on my warshade. It feels like my pets fall to a stiff breeze anymore, and the single target damage is rough without them. I might try it again with t4 incarnates, but considering how little I actually play outside of test that will be a while. Are we allowing lore pets in this? I'm guessing no on that and inspirations.

🙂 I used Lore Pets.  I would not have been able to do it without them.  One of these days I may attempt it with the PB but, again, without Lore Pets I won't be able to do it.

To the right of the - Recipes - + section of your tray is an arrow...click it.
