Having troubles with the launcher/login

Hello all,

 

When I go to play the game, I get this:  as well as a postage stamp-sized window for the game. I looked this up online and there were a few comments regarding going into the launcher , right-click, properties, compatibility, high DPI, two check marks, apply, save. Didn't work. I tried it with the Score and City of Heroes launcher's as well, nothing. 

 

Any idea how to fix this? I would not mind playing but I can't if I can't enter the game.

under device manager make sure your video card and system are not missing any drivers. post up a screen shot of your device manager and if you can run spacy from ccleaner or post your hardware info we may be able to help more.

That hardware's a gen up from mine, but not that different. I think I had that one day and ended up just changing the settings once the game loaded. I'd suggest you delete the registry entry for Cryptic/COH and then try restarting the game. Also, try the Safe Mode first just to make sure it loads at all.
