vigor and no hp gain

Hello i have the teir 4 vigor incarnate (vigor core paragon) and before slotting i was 1666 hp. after slotting I was still the same hp. This was on my peacebringer.

Vigor doesn't give you additional HP, it increases the viability of your healing powers; healing aura and the like.

it says strength to heal, strength to regen, and strength to hit points on self

'Strength to' is the key.....it adds strength to any powers you have that heal, regen and tohit when you use them on yourself.
