mapsever disconnect on indomitable server

i tried to play on the indomitable server but i keep getting mapserver disconnects.

anyone else having this issue?

i'm still having this problem, happens on other servers as well, anyone had this ad found a solution to that?

or can anyone tell me how i can try to ping the mapserver to see if i can reach it?

I'd love to know a solution, as I haven't been able to play the game since last Sunday because of it.

 

But apparently, we get no response here.

well i may have a workaround for this for the time being.

someone mentioned to me that he was using a vpn to circumvent the same problem.

well i installed a free vpn today and been able to play the game for over an hour without any problem so it looks that until this will be fixed using a vpn can solve this for now.

I've been getting map server disconnects beginning some time in early August. The game ran fine the months prior to that with no map server disconnects. Now, I cannot stay logged in typically longer than 10-15 minutes without getting disconnected. This occurs regardless of what server I'm on. I have attempted re-validating the client multiple times, updated my graphics driver, and uninstalled/reinstalled the game twice with no success. I do not have disconnection issues with other online games such as Everquest. My internet does not appear to be struggling when browsing or watching Netflix.

 

I am connected to the internet network via a wall port. When I connect to this network via wireless modem on my laptop, I do not get disconnected. Thus, I have been playing the game primarily on my laptop since this issue began. I would however, like to resume playing on my main desktop PC if possible.
