Win 7

Running standard 32 bit, 64 bit, or safe mode

Getting a blue screen of death after ~10 mins repeatedly

Never an issue with CoH HC before  - ??last update maybe

Deleted game and reinstalled last night and seemed to be fine for 90' this morning, but have had 2x BSOD tonight

?is it time to return to ESO???

No idea what is going on or how to fix it, but it is only with CoH

  • What did the BSOD say?
  • What hardware are you running? Laptop, desktop, self built, etc
  •
  • Specific interval crashes could be memory or temperature related

90% of BSOD means your hard drive is failing

or you have other major issues like thermal (it's to hot) which can mean a power issue

That seems like a very high number and conflicts with my experiences.  Almost all of my BSODs have been due to software or driver issues, but this was before Windows 7.  These days, software-related BSODs are extremely rare but still happen.  Bad hardware is most likely the cause of repeated BSODs, but it could be any hardware component.

Inominatus needs to run some hardware stress tests to check for bad hardware.

This should do well for getting current SMART status and temps, but this could easily be a GPU thing (temps). It'd REALLY be helpful to know what the BSODs actually say (even though some BSODs don't relate at ALL to the actual issue).
