Conductive aura

Does conductive aura need accuracy?   I was thinking it was auto hit but I keep seeing “miss” pop up and it’s the only thing that could be missing.  Or maybe static felled could be missing.  Which one of these needs accuracy?

It can be slotted with Acc so it's not auto hit.

Both need accuracy, but Static Field like other dropped field powers won't show miss on your screen. The messages you're seeing are from Conductive Aura.

It's odd that it needs Acc but dosn't allow the Acc Heal sets.

I think the Regen portion of Conductive Aura is auto hit. Don't quote me on that though.

 

The Endurance Drain portion rolls ToHit.

I was thinking the same thing.  The regen and +end on you are auto and the end drain rolls to hit.  It’s somewhat of a misleading power because in your buffs window it shows all kinds of stacks so you think it’s working, when infact it’s missing like crazy.
