I was thinking it was auto hit but I keep seeing “miss” pop up and it’s the only thing that could be missing. Or maybe static felled could be missing. Which one of these needs accuracy? It’s somewhat of a misleading power because in your buffs window it shows all kinds of stacks so you think it’s working, when infact it’s missing like crazy.
