Cannot Edit/Unpublish AE Storyarc after character rename and server move

Greetings,

 

I had this same topic in the bugs section after inquiring in the help channel, and I got no response or help from anyone when the topic was posted, thus I was under the impression that it wasn't in the correct section. The issue is: I created a Storyarc titled "The Catgrrl Brigade", Arc ID: 645, Published April 27 2019 at 4:34PM. And after I transferred my character from Torchbearer to Everlasting and renamed my character to "Black Jaguar" from "Agent Black Jaguar", somehow I lost access to be able to edit, and unpublish the storyarc. Can someone help me with fixing this issue?

Red, they are planning on wiping all the AE stuff when they move the servers this week, if you were just going to unpublish.  Is it saved on your end?  Because you'll have to reload it after the wipe anyway.  If not then I hope they can help you out before the move.  *hugs*

I checked where all the other storyarcs are and sadly it's not in that folder, I did start a new one, but I'd rather not let 2 days' worth of work go down the tubes. I'll try to contact whomever one last time so I can get a copy from them
