It is a free open sourced Network Analyzer available for download at the following link. https://www.wireshark.org/ Have found it very useful both at work and at home for tracking down issues. The site has lots of info on how to set up a scan, just takes a little reading. " When it's too tough for everyone else, it's just right for me..."
