Could anyone give me advice on making a PvP build for Energy Plant Blaster?

Most of my experience is with farming/brutes but wanted to give it a try.

Thanks!

Here is a good thread to look at for a starting point. Generally on a Blaster you're looking for building as close to HP cap (1847) as you can, getting plenty of range bonuses in, and making sure your heavy-hitting attacks have multiple damage procs slotted. Energy Blast isn't optimal but it can work.

In general AoE attacks do a lot less damage in PVP vs PVE, so nova, torrent and explosive blast aren't too great. Your best attacks will probably be snipe, power burst, and strangler. While frozen armor gives some elusivity, for survivability you're better off taking an epic pool with a resistance shield instead of a defense shield the way Diminishing Returns work in PVP.

Paragon wiki has a good summary of differences in PVP vs PVE.

Also phase shift and hiber both cause the NoPhase timer so you may want to only take one of them (though there's a case to be made for taking both).
