Alpha Slot and Absorb powers

I just wanted to ask for absorb powers should I be picking an alpha that boost absorb or boost healing? This would be for 2 Sentinel characters. One is  */Regen for instant healing and the other is */SR for master brawler. I see both powers take healing sets. All heal enhancements are labeled as Heal/Absorb now. But not the Alpha Slot powers. I just want to make sure its going to work before I spend time getting materials for these.

Yes, Alpha powers that affect healing will also affect Absorb.

Actually this is not the case, heal and absorb are flagged as different effects and alpha abilities that boost heal don't boost absorb, and vice versa.

Hm, that's got to be an oversight then.

It's by design, since you can find some Alphas that specifically note they improve Absorb, while others instead improve Healing. For example, Resilient Radial Paragon improves Absorb by 33%, but has no effect on healing.
