Did I make any glaring mistakes? Did I slot too little endurance recovery? Can it be done better? The idea was to cap defenses without considering the alpha slot so I'm free to choose whatever I like. Like..... musculature for more damage!

I will take a more in depth look later when I’m not on mobile, but just looking at the forum post I would recommend dropping rad siphon and slotting contaminated strike instead and also slotting parasitic aura a bit more heavily. Rad siphon is a trap - a lot of rad’s dps is from contaminated targets, and siphon will strip contamination when used, leading to lower DPS. With ablative carapace, dna siphon, and parasitic aura you already have plenty of healing.  
 

Also, put both of the -res procs in irradiated ground (achilles and fury of the gladiator)

No clue why I can't post my build to show each power and each enhancement instead of this long link...anyway...

 

When Parasitic and DNA Siphon hit only 1 target each, that adds 133.58% to my regen. If, I hit the max of 10 targets each, then my regen goes up by 1,335.8% (which brings me to 227HP/Sec). When I am farming, I consistently hit 198 HP/sec, with the occasional 210 HP/sec. This is all in Offensive. If I go Defensive, then it's increased (along with my Defenses and Resistances. 

  The only time I have ever died was when i wasn't paying attention or  doing something totally absurd. I've been on mission teams (with another tank) and I've been the only one standing. I built this tank for survivability,  and surprisingly, he also puts out decent damage. I am very pleased with his performance. I can tank any mission,any AV, any GM on any team, help contribute damage, and farm if I want to. Between the defense, resists, and absorb/regen,  it is a very durable, and versatile,  build.

DNA Siphon only gives regen/recovery on corpses. In a farm this is fine since there are always lots of those around.

And it also gives a boost to health and endurance.  Heals are good. Just a bonus if you get regen from corpses. And as a tank, you should have a good idea if there's any at your feet.

Thanks, you guys gave me some good ideas. I'll see what I can whip up. And yeah, I'm building this guy more for damage than survivability, as I'm usually a brute player. But it was really a joy to solo x4 at level 18 and x8 before 30, not something I can usually do with brutes.

Ok so I went and procced out Irradiated Ground with -res and exchanged Radiation Siphon for Contaminated Strike.  I also took Agility Radial Paragon because it allows me to attain permahaste, which gives me a better attack chain than with Musculature but without permahaste. I decided against slotting both of the tanker ATO procs into Genetic Contamination because that way I would not be S/L resistance capped due to not having both ATOs six-slotted. This leaves the Gauntleted Fist proc in Atom Smasher so it won't proc against single hard targets but ehh, I think I can live with that.
