Any way to delete accounts and start over?

Since the first "not secret anymore" server went down a few days ago, I haven't been able to get into the one that's come back up - when I get to the game login screen, it keeps telling me that my account name/password are incorrect, even though I made a new one for the new server like I (thought) I was supposed to. I've tried making several new accounts, using different emails, screen names, and passwords, and nothing works. They're all "incorrect" even though I can log in here (that's how I'm posting this, naturally). Can I fix this, maybe by deleting all accounts and starting over? Is there even a way to do this?

Did you use this link shown below, or are you just talking about your forum account? Because after making your forum account, you then have to log into the forum account AND click the link shown below to sign up for an actual game account:

When I click the "Game Account" link pictured the only option it gives me is to change my password :(  I have tried to refresh browser and even use another computer to same end.  Plz help!

Make a new forum account then make a new game account while logged into the new forum account.
