Water/Ice

[Kumate]

I am hoping someone could help me build a Water/Ice corrupter that is going to pair up with a Rad/Rad Brute.  I plan to take Frostwork to assist with resist/HP for her.  Obviously the shields really help Rad (plugs a lot of the holes) but I want to be self suffice-cent. Also would like some mez protection.  I am not very good at IO's but would also like a build that isnt horrible if I go back to do lower level stuff.  I have a 50 tank that I can farm money if needed but between the both of us I just want to be support/dps to her brute.

All the shields, softcapped M/R def, high resists, perma hasten and soul drain with the FF procs in water burst and geyser.
