How do I verify that the proc goes off? I checked the combat window and nothing shows up. I have it slotted in Hide (Stalker)

" This enhancement increases tohit (not accuracy as shown in the name) for all attacks by 6% for 120 seconds. (This proc has a 100% chance to fire; guaranteeing its effect.)"

 

So, if you have it in a passive that isn't greyed out, it works all the time.  If you have it in a toggle, the toggle has to be turned on.

 

It shows up under Powers->Combat Attributes->Base section To Hit

 

I just verified that in game as showing up for me.

I knew there was a menu somewhere but couldn't remember which one. 

 

FYI my Performance Shifter shows up in my combat window and does something in the combat attributes window but after seeing it move up and down for 5 minutes I couldn't tell you the exact field.

it is indeed one of those odd procs that give no indication they are working.  you have to dig into your attributes to see it.

+End/-End shows up in the (oddly enough) healing given/healing received channels of your combat tab. Performance Shifter doesn't actually affect anything that combat attributes monitors except current endurance but it won't show up there because that's just showing you a fixed value.
