Staff Fighting - Ice Armor

[Elf Kicker]

Not 100% sure what I was going for with this build. Tried putting in as much Def, Regan, and Recharge as I could. Always thought that Ice Armor was never used as much as any of the other armor sets. Was not sure what to expect, but to me this toon is incredibly fun to play.  Very tanky, and does a good amount of dmg.
