Sonic/Beam Build Critique

Thought it would be a cool combo (good debuffer). Went for all the Leadership stuff (because reasons) and think I've picked all the Beam ones I'd want. Lots of recharge (107.5%) and S/L soft-cap means it should survive ok. 

 

Thoughts on the procs in my attacks? Should I slot anything better/skimp on anything else?

 

And thoughts on this versus a Corruptor same sets? I've always played Corrs much more (due to scourge) but all I do is team so figured Defenders might be the way to go for these sets?

Bump. 

 

Mainly for proc advice, and whether it would serve better (pure team-based toon) as a Corruptor. From what I understand Def would be better here for the higher -Res.
