They're primarily intended for the visually impaired, and they read (in the form of text to speech) any words on the screen. I'm not sure how they'd interact with City of Heroes, you'd have to try one and see if it worked for you; but because they're an accessability tool they're usually completely free. I am okay with this, as I'd rather have these kinds of thoughts consolidated rather than spread out amongst multiple threads. Dislike certain sounds? Silence/Modify specific sounds. captainstar Posted May 14, 2023 Share Posted May 14, 2023 I gave a similar idea on reddit but for cut scenes. People got excited, and a lot of people offer themselves to dub the game. But when they realize I was just giving a suggestion, and had no idea how to do this... most of them give up.
