If it's any map besides the space one and you don't reach damage cap (i.e. not solo), I'd say Carnies because the constant Forge is a better buff than the inconsistent damage from Banished Pantheon (consistently enough the rain will just stop after 1 or 2 hits because it was forgotten when the Continue-on-Death channeled power changes happened.) If you're on the space map (or some other small place with tons of groups) and the rain from BP can hit another group and keep pulling for you, then I'd say BP but again if you're not hitting damage cap, Carnies is barely less.
