Custom Accolade Temp Power icons?

So way back in the day, I remember there was a small graphics mod which replaced the bland temp power icons granted from accolades and looked pretty spiffy.  I can't find my install file for this, and can't recall what it was called for the life of me to see if it's still out there to be downloaded.  I have a screenshot below from 2008 where you can see I've got these installed for Tray 3 in the middle three temp powers (Vanguard Medal, Eye of the Magus, and Elusive Mind.)

 

Does anyone still have this file or recall what this patch was called?  I want to say it was an optional file from VidiotMaps but certainly won't swear to that.

I think I found it, looks like it was part of "VM_Mappack_with_VIP" packaged with the Vidiot Maps and was called "Power Icon Correction" by Vanden.  I managed to find an old install file that I had downloaded in 2008.  It's allowing me to install this as a separate option without the rest of Vidiot Maps (since I already have those installed).
