I'm coming at this from the angle that some people don't want to do certain things, like do raids or use the AH, so why not give them an alternative.  Albeit a ridiculously expensive one, but an alternative nonetheless.

You don't have to do raids. Just run MLTF or LRSF and choose HO as the reward.

Yes for this.  Nucs and Cytos are getting out of hand cost wise.  Synthetics should be buyable
