Radiation teams (accelerate metabolism stacking)

I just started the game today and I was wondering if there were people playing defenders (or anyone with the accelerate metabolism ability) that were doing groups with it for stacking of the buff.

You bet!  I, along with my SG pals do a team like that a couple of times a week.  Typically, we run with 4 or 5, and we have done very well.  Back in the days of live, we ran with a team of 8, and even the Giant Monsters just burned to the ground before this mighty group of squishies!

Rad superteams are such a popular concept that I would be surprised if you couldn't find some SGs running teams of them on every server. It's not a strong debuffing or buffing set alone though it does cover a lot of buffs/debuffs, but exactly because it covers a lot of areas weakly it lends itself superbly to stacking.

Repeat Offenders has an entire super group dedicated to Rad called Faithful Fans of Fallout.  Unfortunately full teams of rads aren't as common as they were on live, we can call out for them in our global channel and can usually get a few together.

This is an excellent question at all times, but the fact that you're wanting this on day one is simply badass.

I joined a Khan TF comprising only of Defenders and Corruptors before and it was glorious. We were basically capped to everything all of the time.

 

One of the most ludicrous TF runs I've ever done. We were a mixed bunch rather than being all Rad but it was insane.
