"Shinobi" from Blaster's Ninja Training includes +Run Speed and +Jump in the brief description, but neither of those occur. They're also missing from the power's 'detailed info'.

They probably copied some other power when making this one and didn't correct the pop-up description.  You should probably also add this to the stickied Typo post at the top of the Bug Reports sections.

Thank you! It would be excellent for a blaster's Shinobi to grant +run and +jump - would add a little much-needed distinction to the set. Could run in more effectively to sword melee. Anyway =P

It would definitely be good to either make it like some kind of ninja run with slots, or change the misleading popup description.

This is basically the same as the Sentinel power Shinobi-Iri, which does include the +run and +jump, so I don't see why they couldn't be added in to the Blaster version as the description states.

Took a screenshot earlier because i started leveling up a Blaster with Ninja Training this weekend and noticed that unlike my Ninjutsu Scrapper my Blaster wasn't moving faster despite the power description saying they should.
