How do you get Ninja Run on Redside?

There are P2W vendors on red side too, should be pretty close to where you come out of the tutorial. I found one pretty near the one chopper you go up the ramp to find one of the initial missions (terrible description, I'm sorry!)

Something to keep in mind with this as well, you can get have to chose between Ninja Run and  Beast Run for free. While you can get the other, it'll cost 100k Inf (Or a million, can't be sure off hand) If you want to change it, however, you can return any of the 'exclusive' prestige powers and change them for another.
