MM sticky thread on pet binds and macros

This forum would do well to have a sticky thread on pet command macros and binds. Seems like the perfect place to have one. If there isn’t one anyone can put up I will try research it and come up with one. My MMs are only in their teens though so haven’t quite got into advanced MMing! 
It’s definitely an archetype where this sort of advance knowledge can make a big difference!

 

Alternatively, if people want can post some good commands into this thread and  I can copy and paste into this top post and compile them?
