Wanting to try out a Regen Scrapper. Never played one on live and I like the leveling so far. I threw a build together real quick to have something to go off of. Just looking for some general tips, advice, and build critique.

 

Alpha:

If I go with Agility, I am able to get Perma Hasten. However, is it worth it or would it be better to just go Musculature for alpha?

 

Siphon Life:

Currently have it slotted with Touch of the Nictus, would it be better to go with a damage IO set instead?

 

Soul Drain:

Currently have it 6 slotted with Gaussian's, is this preffered?

 

For those that view and respond thanks for all the help since can't find much on Regen out there.

  Here's what my dm/regen looks like currently. Very tough and able to cycle IH-SM-Mog through tougher fights but on most things I just pop IH and run through. Went with spiritual for the recharge and healing boost which is very helpful for a regen. Slot soul drain for damage and use it as an attack and pop it as often as it comes up....does decent enough damage and the buff is extremely nice the more enemies you hit. Siphon Life slot as an attack, it hits hard so slot it that way either 5 slot it with Hectacomb and the 6th slot can be a healing IO from a set or use the scrapper ATO in there. Any set that will help with increasing your recharge will be your friend, boost it up as high as you can to help with Recon, DP and IH being up quickly. Debuffs will be you downfall along with slows but can be worked through with Incarnate and the Winter's gift proc.
