/window_scale Incarnate? How to make the incarnate window bigger?

I know that I can do a "/window_toggle incarnate" to bring the Incarnates window out and put it away again, put when I try to rescale it using "/window_scale incarnate 2" it does not double in size.

 

What am I doing wrong?

I think it may max out at 1.99

 

Even 1.50 increases the window sizes considerably.

I tried 1.5 and it didn't change a bit.

Have you been able to change the size of *your* Incarnate window, specifically?

I tried as well and was unable to change it. I was trying to hunt down a thread where adjusting the powers bars separately was mentioned hoping it would help, but have been unable to find it again.
