Neon/light colors, costume pieces with lighted features and Victorian aura glitch

GM Sparky suggested I post here.

 Ive been noticing for the last couple weeks that costume pieces are not working the way they used to. When creating a new look in costumes, I no longer seem to have the colors that look like neon/light and armor pieces that used to be lit are now just flat colors. Also the victorian armor no longer scrolls/shimmers on me or anyone in game... really confused as to what's causing it. Can you help me?

Example Character of mine... Tempusfugit, wearing the resistance chest piece and shoulder pieces.  The colors selected are a turquoise and bright orange... on screen the (once bright) orange light looks like a flat black.

Check your video card manufacturers website for an updated driver.  I have found that Windows lies and tells me everything is updated and up-to-date but when I visit the Radeon (my vid card) website there was a brand new driver!  

 

Not a guaranteed fix but something to check.  Good luck!
