People have been multi-boxing for quite a while.

The rule here is no more than 3 and not on servers with 1500+ players.

 

While the number of players, including multi-boxing, can impact responce times, I am not following how Mutlt-Boxing = All My Lag, which, IMO, is what you are implying...
