Make "Aspect of the Pillar" window resizable

When you go to the Aspect of the Pillar to do a mission list the window cannot be resized, which makes it a royal pain to scroll through the long lists of missions.

Then when you select one, the initial contact info is typically bigger than the window, forcing more scrolling to accept the mission.

 

If the window could be re-sizable, it would be super useful.
