Please help improve my Earth/Earth Dominator

I would like some input on improving my Earth/Earth Dominator.  Influence is not an option.  Builds most be playable for all levels so I don;t like builds that skip early powers because they aren't needed for Incarnate content nor dependent on having a certain Incarnate power.  This is what I roll with now and I find it's pretty fun.

Hi! Just moved some stuff around in your build. This one has: 

- 15% more rech (175% w/hasten)

-Switched Maneuvers for Stealth. With your stealth IO in run you are invisible for running quick TF etc

-Fire Ball with 1 slott was a waste. So added 4 slots with Positrons for + rech and +dmg

-Earthquake was corrected with same rech bonuss but less slots

-Ranged Def is 45% a little bit more than your build

 

Other than that didnt touch anything else.

Thanks for your input!

Do you know how much Defense is lost when I attack out of stealth and lose part of the bonus?  If it reduces it to the level of Maneuvers then I think I have Maneuvers would have more utility. 

Is the Achilles Heel Proc worthwhile in Earthquake?  If I give up that slot up and do a little more rearranging on your build I can get an additional 6.25% Recharge at the cost of Ranged Defense.  That puts hasten within 4 seconds of perma.  My play style with this character is usually Stone Cage or Tremor>Stalagmites or Volcanic Gasses>Earthquake>Melt Armor>Fissure> Fireball.  That clears out a fair amount of targets and then I go into melee range and clean up with Stone Mallet, Heavy Mallet and Seismic Smash.  As of right now I think that would be a reasonable trade off. Plus there is also the -tohit from tremor.

About 3.4 % depending how you slot it. Why i pick stealth instead Maneuvers? Stealth will allow you: a) quick TFs b)aproach target undetected c) gain access to rest concealment pool that you can use as a LoTG mule if you want to

Worth or not worth is about what your main function would be as a dominator. Personally i dont slot -res debuffs in doms, you have defenders/corruptors for that rol. However Achiles triggers very nice and often. Is up to you.

I wouldnt sacrifice ranged def at all. I mean you are sitting in 45% which is fine for 50 content but still below ideal def for Incarnate content. You already are at 105% rech not adding the +rech proc in Tremor that will trigger often. My advice... dont go crazy for more recharge, keep your defense as it is. Think in higher Icarnate content.
