Backported from my Archery/Fire/Mace. 

 

Posting a couple of variations on this build since. First variation is - Annihilation Proc on [Rain of Fire] with a 16% regen double-slot from Soulbound Allegiance on [Summon Spiderlings]

Second Variation drops the  second slot on [Summon Spiderlings] and adds a bit of damage and control [Rain of Fire] through Overwhelming Force.

Third Variation swaps [Fire Ball] and [Rain of Fire]. I'm not a fan of this approach solo since this will generate more [RUN LITTLE GIRL RUN] behavior. The Immobilize proc in Frozen Blast just doesn't immobilize reliably enough to counter-act the debuff effects. That said it is outright easier to set enemies up for a Resist-Debuff before unloading [Fire Sword Circle], [Burn], and [Inferno]. If you are teaming with somebody whose packing a mass immobilize out the gate this can be a great way to put down extra damage.

Nice and very survivable builds - my ones tend to go for just SL cap. 

 

I've tweaked the first one (I think?) with some of my own preferences while keeping S/L/E/F/C caps.
