I saw a reference in in-game chat but had no chance to quiz the poster for details and it might be enough for me to make that force blaster I've always avoided due to the knock back effects. IntrepidVector Posted May 23, 2019 Share Posted May 23, 2019 I know Overwhelming Force: Damage/Chance for Knockdown/Knockback to Knockdown does it. It's a possible drop from the Summer Blockbuster Event (which, honestly, is fun enough to be worth trying to at least once even without this incentive).
