Ouro Portal Closing Prematurely

This happened twice on the evening of Monday 27 July 2020. I was playing on Indomitable server, with my then-25th level Sentinel in a team with a then-level 36 controller. I would summon an Ouroboros portal using the temp power in my tray. My teammate would click on it, and transport to Ouroboros normally. However, for me, the portal would then wink out, as though either I had clicked on it (which I had not), or it had timed out (use of the portal was within a few seconds of manifestation, nowhere near the 5-minute timeout). I have not yet had an opportunity to test this again. Use of my teammate's portal was normal for both characters.

Happened again about a week ago. Details are now hazy, but it was different characters for both me and my teammate. I opened the portal, teammate used it, portal closed before I could use it. All in under 5 seconds.
