I currently have a Thugs/pain mastermind and I wanna know how to get the most mileage out of this combo. I've been told that Thugs paired with anything is pretty deadly, though I see tons of Thugs/Time builds in this forum.

Here's what I've got so far...

I'm not familiar with Pain Domination, but  thug-wise:

Soulbound allegiance: chance for Build Up gets the most mileage on the Bruiser. He already does a huge portion of your overall pet damage and this IO procs like crazy.

The Superior Mark of Supremacy ATO set can be broken up three ways to get three -10% recharge bonuses.

It's highly effective to frankenslot T2 and T3 with acc/damage IOs and damage/-res procs, and the Gaussian's chance to Build Up proc in the T2.

I recommend concentrating the pet +def and +res aura IOs in your T1 and Gang War powers. They both do low damage in the grand scheme of things and it'll free up room in your T2 and T3 for the -res and damage procs.

Here is the build I'm planning.

For your version, some notes:

You don't have to stick to a single set in a power, or 6-slot some sets if the 6th slot bonus isn't great. Doctored Wounds' main bonus is at 5 slots (Recharge), so instead of 6-slotting 1 power with it and 4-slotting another, 5-slot both with it.

Conduit of Pain definitely doesn't need 6-slotting, 1 slot is fine in it. Use the saved slots to 6-slot Painbringer and Dual Wield and get two Ranged Defense bonuses.

Assault and Tactics don't need Recharge. Assault uses End Reduction, and Tactics usually a End Red/To Hit Buff
