Nice build Dakir.  I have a couple of questions for you.

Is this a build that you use or put together to help out?

What does your recommended attack chain look like? 

Since you skipped Jacob's Ladder and took Energy Drain later in the build, is the attack chain for lower level play still smooth or is there any down time?

I see you put procs into Assassin's Shock.  Is any of the damage from these procs increased when done from Hide?

Do you use Electric Shackles or is it a "mule" power?

Does the Force Feedback proc hit often in Lightning Rod?

On a different note,  how do you set an individual enhancement to +5 on Mids?

This is a build I put together to help out. I realized I posted the wrong version. I realized later that I could take charged brawl and havoc punch instead of electric shackles to get more recharge, while keeping energy def just under softcap. 

 

I think the ST attack chain is zapp>charged brawl>havoc punch>assassin's shock>chain induction. Zapp is on bit longer cd, so just throw it in anytime before assassin's strike>chain induction.

 

Should be smooth anytime after lvl 23 (you need hasten to make the chain smooth)

 

No, procs cannot crit and receive no bonus from hide. Putting procs here simply maximizes the damage it does in and out of hide (but mainly out of hide). 

 

Electric shackles was a mule, but now boxing has replaced it as the mule. 

 

Lightning rod should proc force feedback very often and thunder strike will proc it often enough to be worth the slot.

 

Right click the enhancement slot you want to +5 and press the + key 5 times and then left click.

Dread Shinobi posted a couple nrg stalkers on the previous page that work really well and you can pretty much swap in any primary if you stick to the secondary slotting he uses. I tested it out with elec and km and staff primaries. Got some nice comments about how good the elec was with no incarnates on a +4 itf. I did almost nothing in mids its purely based on Dreads posted builds. And it kicks ..... :
