I need help making a PVE build for my Psi/Rad Stalker.  This is my first time trying to build anything with sets, and I'm flailing a bit.  I'm currently only level 28, but I'd like to know what to shoot for with my build.  This is also my highest level character ever, so I'm not exactly rolling in cash.  I HAVE figured out how to make some money on the /ah, so I'm not completely broke at this point either.

 

Any help is appreciated.  Thank you.

Thank you.  My build won't quite be the same (Not taking Mental Strike or Fly), I was thinking something fairly similar, and this gives me a great basis from which to build.  Couple questions:  Is Greater Psi Blade particularly great with procs?  I noticed you slotted 4 in it.  Also, is there anyway to fill that massive defensive hole for Psionic?  I mean, Cold, Energy, and Negative aren't great, but Psi is almost non-existent.

I'm not sure on Greater Psi Blade procs.  I had gotten to a decent place with defenses, so decided to proc it out and see how it plays.  This is an end game build, so will be awhile before I get to check it out.

 

On defenses, my plan was to use Shadow Meld prior to entering combat as that will soft-cap all.  Shadow meld duration is 15 seconds and recharge is 30 (24 with Ageless) so it is up over half the time.
