Annihilation proc in Carrion Creepers

Will the Annihilation proc go off from the creeper vines' attacks, or will it only have a chance to proc directly from the ground patch? And will it stack with the Achilles' Heel proc?

Targeted AoE damage procs go off on creeper vine attacks.  I would assume annihilation does the same.  I have it slotted, I'll pay attention to the debuffs next time to make sure.  It definitely would stack with achilles heel (and fury of the gladiator -res).  But multiples of the same proc will not stack.

Usual Carrion Creepers slotting is 4 or better yet 5 procs, possibly some accuracy.

Creepers are ridiculously good with procs, since pets usually clone proc cooldown timers. And creepers make copies of themselves.
