When it's up, yes. Noticable particularly on smaller teams or solo. In big steamrolling teams, not much is going to be noticed. 

 

I actually like to go with Assault with a mix of both damage bonus and double hit, especially if I think I'm on positions where I might hit the damage cap more easily.

That would make sense.  It would stand out more on smaller teams. 

 

I'll have to try test it out.

 

I could stand going for Musculature  on my Alpha.  And Double Hit on my Hybrid.  

See how that feels.

You mind sharing your build? How does TA/DP feel as far as flow? Is it jarring moving between weapons?
